Industry SLC Garage will provide 998 parking stalls to support both the tenants at Industry SLC Office, as well as the Granary District's larger master planned community, including adjacent multifamily developments. In addition to parking stalls, Industry SLC Garage includes 12,000 SF of ground floor commercial space, which is intended to be programmed with a community amenity.
