Miller Workforce Housing Adaptive Reuse is a 267-unit multifamily housing development, which is part of a mixed-use, mixed-income, multi-block masterplan within the Granary District of Salt Lake City. The project includes 36,500 SF of adaptive reuse space for commercial use to support small and local businesses.
